Create Your Workspace

Your workspace is where your team collaborates. It contains all your forms, work orders, assets, and team members.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Go to clearwell.ai
  2. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your email and create a password
  4. Verify your email address

Step 2: Create Your Workspace

After signing in for the first time:

  1. Choose a workspace name - This is your organization's name
  2. Set your workspace URL - This becomes yourname.clearwell.ai
  3. Select your industry - Helps us customize your experience
  4. Choose your plan - Start with free, upgrade anytime

Step 3: Complete Setup

  1. Go to SettingsWorkspace
  2. Click Upload Logo
  3. Choose a square image (recommended: 512x512px)

Set Your Time Zone

  1. In SettingsWorkspace
  2. Select your local time zone
  3. This affects work order scheduling and reports

Configure Work Week

  1. Set your business hours
  2. Define working days
  3. These settings affect scheduling and notifications
