Create Your Workspace
Your workspace is where your team collaborates. It contains all your forms, work orders, assets, and team members.
Step 1: Sign Up
- Go to clearwell.ai
- Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
Step 2: Create Your Workspace
After signing in for the first time:
- Choose a workspace name - This is your organization's name
- Set your workspace URL - This becomes
yourname.clearwell.ai - Select your industry - Helps us customize your experience
- Choose your plan - Start with free, upgrade anytime
Step 3: Complete Setup
Add Your Logo
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- Click Upload Logo
- Choose a square image (recommended: 512x512px)
Set Your Time Zone
- In Settings → Workspace
- Select your local time zone
- This affects work order scheduling and reports
Configure Work Week
- Set your business hours
- Define working days
- These settings affect scheduling and notifications
